If a customer pays customs duties or import charges in any scenario, they should share valid proof with NYC Leather Jackets for review.
After verification, the eligible amount will be reimbursed within 5 to 10 business days.
Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
Returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy.
Customers may request return or exchange support within 30 days after delivery, but must email NYC Leather Jackets within 48 hours after receiving the order to start the review process.
Customers should not ship any product back without written approval.
Size Issue Cases
If a jacket does not fit properly, customers must email contact@nycleatherjackets.com within 48 hours after delivery.
For approved size issue cases, customers may choose a replacement size jacket for USD $70 or equivalent local currency, or an eligible refund with an additional 10% store credit, subject to approval and product condition.
Flash Sale Items
Flash sale, clearance, discounted, or final sale products may be final sale unless a wrong, damaged, defective, or tampered product case is approved by NYC Leather Jackets.
Please review the Flash Sale Policy before placing a flash sale order.
Intellectual Property
All website content, including text, images, graphics, logos, product descriptions, banners, and design elements, belongs to NYC Leather Jackets or its content providers.
