Refund policy
At NYC Leather Jackets, customer satisfaction is our top priority! We want you to be completely happy with your purchase, and we are here to assist you throughout the process. Our policy is designed to make returns, exchanges, and sizing adjustments as simple and hassle-free as possible.
We offer a 30-day return or exchange policy to ensure you have ample time to evaluate your purchase. If you need to return or exchange your item, simply inform us within 48 hours of receiving it to start the process.
Made-to-Measure for a Perfect Fit: To avoid sizing issues, we highly recommend choosing our Made-to-Measure option. This service ensures your jacket fits you perfectly, giving you peace of mind from the start.
Once the order is placed, an email confirmation will be sent for the order, along with the sizes of the leather jacket. The size has to be confirmed within 24 hours. When the size is confirmed by the customer, the jacket is made according to the size. If we do not get any confirmation from customer, we proceed with the ordered size. Please note: We do not keep stock jackets. All the jackets, whether made to measure or default sizes, are made after the order is placed. Refund Eligibility
We want you to have the best possible product and service. If your item is eligible for a return or exchange, simply request within 48 hours of receiving your order. You are eligible for a full refund or exchange in the following cases:
1. Incorrect product received
2. Defective products
3. Shipping damage
4. Products that have been tampered with
5. In the case of a sizing issue, our size guide and video tutorial ensure that you get the right fit. However, if your jacket still doesn't fit perfectly, you can return it, and we’ll issue a refund plus an additional 10% in store credit to enhance your experience with us. For example, return a $200 jacket you will receive $220 in store credit to apply to your next purchase!
How it works:
- Send us an email at contact@nycleatherjackets.com with order details and issue.
- Warehouse address will be shared with customers on email once your product get approved for refund or exchange.
- Ship the jacket back to our warehouse the return shipping cost will be the customer’s responsibility.
- Refunds are issued using your original payment method, and processing times may vary depending on your bank (typically 10-30 days) (Cases 1, 2, 3, 4).
- Store credit refund it will be processed with 48hrs upon receiving the jacket (Case 5).
- Store Credit Validity: Store credits are valid for 12 months, giving you plenty of time to use them on your next order!
The customer not eligible for refund/return, in the events below'
· Please note that personalized or tailored items are non-refundable, as they are crafted specifically for you.
· Jackets are non-refundable if they have been worn or used. We kindly ask that returned items be in their original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact. This helps us ensure that all our customers receive products that are brand new and in perfect condition.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
· If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
· Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
· There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
· If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at contact@nycleatherjackets.com.
· Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Sale Items and Gifts
Sale Items: While sale items are final sale (including Flash Sale, Black Friday Sale etc) and non-refundable, you can still count on the same high-quality product experience.
Gifts: If your item was purchased as a gift, you will receive a gift credit for any returns, which can be used for future purchases.
