The video should clearly show:

- The shipping label or tracking details
- All sides of the outer package
- Any visible damage, opening marks, crushing, wetness, or tampering
- The opening process
- The product received inside the parcel
- The issue being reported, if visible
This video helps NYC Leather Jackets review the claim fairly with the courier partner and process eligible resolutions faster.
