Downright customer satisfaction is our foremost priority. Hence our return policy is set for 30 days of purchase. You can either return or exchange within 30 days of purchase for a complete Refund or Exchange. Once the order is placed, an email confirmation will be sent for the order, along with the sizes of the leather jacket. The size has to be confirmed within 24 hours. When the size is confirmed by the customer, the jacket is made according to the size. If we do not get any confirmation from customer, we proceed with the ordered size. Please note: We do not keep stock jackets. All the jackets, whether made to measure or default sizes, are made after the order is placed. To avoid issues in the sizing of the jacket, kindly check the size chart and the video tutorial on how to measure yourself.

The customer is eligible for refund/return, in the events below' Incorrect product received by the customer Products were defective Product damaged while shipping Product was meddled with The customer not eligible for refund/return, in the events below' Size issue (Please Order "Made to measure" to avoid this) As soon as we receive and examine your return (generally within 72 hours of receipt), your exchange order will be processed and we will send you the item within next 15 business days. Refund will be sent out within 7 business days and you will get a confirmation email stating that your return is completed. Refunds will be made with the actual mode of payment and will require 10 to 45 days to be processed depending on the issuing bank of the credit card.
Tailored or other personalized product may not be returned for refund or exchange under any circumstances. Also please note that in case of returns, the shipping charges to send the item back to us will have to be paid by the customers. Size When order is placed by you, our Executive inquires for your body measurement. Please go through our sizing guide to take your measurements. If you take your measurements aptly, there are no chances of there being an error with sizing.
Returns Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases. Additional non-returnable items: - Gift cards - Downloadable software products - Some health and personal care items There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) - Book with obvious signs of use - CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened - Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error - Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery Refunds (if applicable) Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 15 days. Size Problem Before ordering any anything from our website, we strongly advise you to consult our size chart. If the sizing is incorrect (is small or large), please email us at contact@nycleatherjackets.com (within a duration of 48 hours). Please contact us through email if you have any questions about our sizing chart. We are always available for your assistance. Late or missing refunds (if applicable) If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at contact@nycleatherjackets.com. Sale items (if applicable) Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. Exchanges (if applicable) We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at contact@nycleatherjackets.com (within next 48 hours) and send your item to our New York warehouse and we provide a refund or exchange for one time only. Gifts If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return. Shipping To return your product, you should mail your product to our New York warehouse. Warehouse Address: Address will be shared with customers on email once your product get approved for refund or exchange. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
