At NYC Leather Jackets, we want customers to feel confident when ordering a real leather jacket online.
This policy explains how returns, exchanges, refunds, size issue support, damaged product claims, wrong item cases, and approved resolutions work.

- Approved refunds are usually processed within 7 to 10 business days after approval.
30-Day Return and Exchange Window
Customers may request a return or exchange for eligible jackets within 30 days after receiving the order.
However, customers must contact NYC Leather Jackets within 48 hours after delivery to start the review process.
This means:
- The customer has up to 30 days for an eligible return or exchange.
- The customer must inform NYC Leather Jackets within 48 hours after delivery.

48-Hour Reporting Requirement
Customers must email NYC Leather Jackets within 48 hours after delivery for:
- Size issue review
- Wrong product received
- Damaged product received
- Defective product received
- Tampered parcel
- Missing item concern
- Return or exchange request
Requests reported after the 48-hour reporting window may not be approved.
Size Issue Resolution
If a jacket does not fit properly, customers must email NYC Leather Jackets at contact@nycleatherjackets.com within 48 hours after delivery to start the review process.
For approved size issue cases, customers may choose one of the following options:
Option 1: Replacement Size Jacket
If the customer likes the same jacket and only needs a new size, NYC Leather Jackets may offer a replacement jacket for USD $70 or the equivalent amount in the customer’s local currency.
This option is offered as a customer-service support solution so the customer does not need to pay the full jacket price again.
The original jacket must be shipped back to the return address or source location shared by NYC Leather Jackets before the replacement is processed.
The returned jacket must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and sent back with original tags, packaging, and accessories where applicable.
Option 2: Refund Plus Store Credit
If the customer does not want a replacement jacket, NYC Leather Jackets may process the eligible refund amount after the returned jacket is received, inspected, and approved.
In addition, NYC Leather Jackets may offer an extra 10% store credit toward a future purchase.
The final resolution will depend on product condition, order details, return eligibility, customer communication, and approval by NYC Leather Jackets.
Eligible Return or Exchange Conditions
A return or exchange may be reviewed if:
- The request is sent within 48 hours after delivery
- The product is returned within the approved return timeline
- The jacket is unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
- The jacket has original tags, packaging, and accessories where applicable
- The product is not altered, misused, damaged after delivery, or returned without approval
- The request is approved by NYC Leather Jackets
Wrong, Damaged, Defective, or Tampered Product
If you receive a wrong, damaged, defective, or tampered product, email NYC Leather Jackets at contact@nycleatherjackets.com within 48 hours after delivery.
Please share:
- Order number
- Clear photos of the outer package
- Clear photos of the jacket
- Clear photos of the issue
- A video showing the parcel and product condition
- Tracking number, if available
For damaged, opened, wet, crushed, or tampered parcels, customers should record a clear video before opening the package.
The video should show:
- The sealed parcel
- Shipping label or tracking details
- All sides of the package
- Opening process
- Product received
- Issue being reported
For approved wrong, damaged, defective, or tampered product cases, NYC Leather Jackets may provide a replacement, exchange, refund, or other suitable resolution.
Return Shipping Responsibility
For approved wrong, damaged, defective, or tampered product cases, NYC Leather Jackets will bear the eligible return shipping cost.
For approved size issue cases, the customer must ship the original jacket back to the return address or source location provided by NYC Leather Jackets.
Customers should not send any product back without written approval.
Return Address
The return address or source location will be shared only after the request is reviewed and approved by NYC Leather Jackets.
Customers should not ship any product to an address found online, on old packaging, or on previous communication unless the current return request has been approved in writing.
Non-Eligible Return Conditions
Returns, exchanges, or refunds may not be approved if:
- The customer contacts NYC Leather Jackets after the 48-hour reporting window
- The product is used, worn, washed, damaged, stained, altered, or misused
- The product is returned without approval
- The product is missing tags, packaging, or accessories where applicable
- The jacket was damaged after delivery
- The customer sent the item to the wrong address
- The product is a final sale or flash sale item, except approved issue cases
- The product was customized, altered, or personalized, except approved wrong, damaged, defective, or tampered cases
Custom, Altered, or Personalized Jackets
Custom, altered, personalized, or specially prepared jackets may not be eligible for normal return or refund.
However, NYC Leather Jackets may review cases involving wrong product, damaged product, defective product, or tampered parcel where valid proof is shared within 48 hours after delivery.
Approved Refund Timeline
Approved refunds are usually processed within 7 to 10 business days after approval.
The final credit timeline may depend on the customer’s bank, card issuer, payment provider, or payment method.
Flash Sale Items
Flash sale, clearance, discounted, or final sale items are final sale unless the customer receives a wrong, damaged, defective, or tampered product and the case is approved by NYC Leather Jackets.
