Wrong, Damaged, Defective, or Tampered Product
Even if an item is purchased during a flash sale, NYC Leather Jackets may review cases where the customer receives:
- Wrong product
- Damaged product
- Defective product
- Tampered parcel
Customers must email contact@nycleatherjackets.com within 48 hours after delivery.
Please include:
- Order number
- Product name
- Clear photos
- Video proof where applicable
- Tracking number
- Short explanation of the issue
For damaged or tampered parcels, customers should record a clear video before opening the package.
Size Issues on Flash Sale Items
Flash sale items are final sale and may not be eligible for size exchanges.
In selected cases, NYC Leather Jackets may review a size issue request as a customer-service exception, but approval is not guaranteed.
Return Address
Customers should not ship any flash sale item back without written approval from NYC Leather Jackets.
If a return is approved for a wrong, damaged, defective, or tampered product case, the return address or source location will be shared after approval.
