CUSTOMS AND DUTIES HANDLING

NYC Leather Jackets handles customs duties, import taxes, or related destination charges for eligible orders where NYC Leather Jackets has agreed to cover these charges.

If a customer is asked to pay customs duties, import fees, or related destination charges by a courier or customs authority, they should contact NYC Leather Jackets with valid proof. Where possible, customers should contact NYC Leather Jackets before making payment so we can review the charge and provide guidance. If payment has already been made, reimbursement may still be considered after verification.

WHAT PROOF IS REQUIRED?

To review the case, please share:

• Order number
• Tracking number
• Courier invoice or payment request
• Customs or import duty notice
• Payment receipt, if already paid
• Screenshot or document showing the amount charged
• Name and contact details used for the order

REIMBURSEMENT TIMELINE

Once valid proof has been received and verified, any approved customs or duty reimbursement will be processed within 5 to 10 business days.

The final credit timeline may depend on bank, card issuer, payment method, or payment provider.

IMPORTANT NOTES

NYC Leather Jackets will review customs and duty reimbursement requests based on valid proof.

Reimbursement may not be approved if:

• The customer does not provide valid proof
• The charge is unrelated to the NYC Leather Jackets order
• The charge cannot be verified
• The customer provides incorrect or incomplete information
• The customer pays an unrelated third-party charge without review

COURIER AND CUSTOMS DELAYS

Customs clearance may sometimes delay delivery. Delays may happen due to customs review, courier backlog, festive load, high shipment volume, local restrictions, or public holidays.

NYC Leather Jackets will assist customers by checking shipment status with the courier and providing updates where reasonably available.
