Cancellation Before Processing

Cancellation may be possible if the request is received before the order has been confirmed for processing, production, packing, or shipping.

Cancellation After Processing Begins

Once the order has moved into processing, production preparation, packing, dispatch, or shipping, cancellation may not be possible.

This is because work may have already started on preparing your jacket and shipment.

Cancellation After Shipping

Once the order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Customers may contact NYC Leather Jackets for delivery, return, or exchange support according to the Refund Policy.

Flash Sale Cancellations

Flash sale, clearance, discounted, or final sale orders may not be eligible for cancellation once confirmed, processed, packed, or shipped.
